Green Engineering - a topic that has been much talked about lately. Likewise the subject was on the agenda of this year's ANSYS Conference & 29. CADFEM Users’ Meeting 2011 in Stuttgart. In the focus of more than 200 lectures in the ICS: Energy efficient design of components and assemblies in the field of structural mechanics as well as fluid dynamics. FE-DESIGN was contributing the innovative subject of virtual product development with TOSCA Structure and TOSCA Fluid. A broad audience was listening to the presentation "Life extension despite Downsizing" - a subject indeed very important for Green Engineering.
